Static pre-dimensioning and preparation of static calculations
In the course of providing services in accordance with HOAI service phases 2 to 8, we prepare static preliminary measurements for the façade constructions, with profile measurements and anchorage points to the shell for architects, building owners and metal construction companies. We offer verifiable statics as part of the overall scope of planning services, which are prepared by external statics offices and coordinated by us. The structural engineering offices we work with are long-standing partners and together we have realised numerous projects. In addition to structural analysis for construction projects in Europe, we also offer dimensioning for the USA.
Building physics investigations, U-value determination and sound insulation
In the areas of building physics, thermal insulation, energy saving (according to EnEV) and sound insulation, we act as consultants for architects, building owners and metal construction companies. For this purpose, we prepare U-value calculations for the façade constructions in cooperation with the profile manufacturers. In the area of sound insulation, we provide assessments of glazing types, construction types and sound insulation class. Noise tests are accompanied by our company.
