Foundation of the Ingenieurbüro für Fassadentechnik Hans Stephan GmbH by graduate engineer Johann Stephan and his wife Ottilie Stephan.
At the beginning, consulting and planning were carried out for building projects in the German-speaking countries.
1990
First use of electronic drawing programs (AutoCAD) and word processing programs, as well as plotter and large format printer
1992
Mr Bernhard Stephan, later managing director and partner, joins the engineering office.
1996
First projects abroad in England, mainly in London. In the course of the following years, projects were carried out in the USA, Japan, France and Luxembourg.
2000
Takeover of the company shares from Mrs. Ottilie Stephan by Mr. Bernhard Stephan and appointment of Mr Bernhard Stephan as Managing Director
2012
Takeover of the remaining company shares from Mr Johann Stephan by Mr Bernhard Stephan
2013
Mr Johann Stephan resigns as Managing Director and retires Mr. Christian Fischer is appointed Managing Director and manages the engineering office together with Mr. Bernhard Stephan

Scope of services based on HOAI, object planning for the space-enclosing envelopes of buildings.
Graduate engineers specialising in metal construction / steel construction and mechanical engineering, technicians with state qualifications specialising in mechanical engineering and structural engineering, technical draughtsmen / draughtswomen with many years of relevant professional experience.
The number of employees is usually between 13 and 16. In the transition years during the generation change, up to 19 planners, technicians and engineers were employed. Currently, the engineering office has 16 employees.
