Service provision according to HOAI for the outer shell of buildings:
Realisation of new construction projects, façade renovations and modernisations
Advising the client and the architect
Advice on design planning and development of façade details, development of proposed solutions with regard to design, functional, technical, static, building physics, economic, ecological and energy requirements.
Preparation of cost calculations for the façade constructions, glazing and sun protection work.
Design development:
Design development and creation of the guiding details for the façade constructions as a basis for the bill of quantities and execution by the metal construction company, including preparation of static preliminary measurements for the façade-relevant components.
In addition to this, the following services are carried out:
Complete design development with preparation of production and assembly drawings.
Development of new profile cross-sections for façades special constructions
Coordination activities between the involved companies.
Preparation of static calculations for all load-bearing elements of façade and skylight constructions, including dimensioning of the glass elements of single glass façades and other special façade constructions.
Preparation of the award:
Drawing up specifications for the metal construction, glass and sun protection constructions with quality and mass descriptions, including coordination of the technical parties involved in the planning.
Participation in the award of contract:
Examination and evaluation of the submitted bids in terms of quality, technical and economic aspects, including the preparation of price comparison lists, cost control by comparison with the cost calculations.
Project supervision:
Quality monitoring of the metal construction, glazing and sun protection work during installation on site, checking the work for compliance with the scope, the contract documents and the generally recognised rules of technology and the regulations relevant to metal construction.
