We offer the following AHO specialist engineering services in addition to the HOAI services for clients and architects:

• Advising the client on the development of the planning concept with regard to feasibility, costs and economic efficiency
• Evaluation of planning variants presented by the architect
• Review of the architect's planning results with regard to the essential constructional, technical and building physics issues, as well as economic efficiency
• Identifying potential for optimisation
  
• Development of new façade concepts in close coordination with the architects and the client
• General technical and building physics clarification of construction variants, elaboration of technical solution proposals with sketches
• Coordination with involved companies
• Static and building physics pre-dimensioning
• Determining unit prices and supporting the architects with the
  cost determination 
• Principal detail development on the basis of the architects' design specifications
• Creation of design descriptions for the scope of work, specification
• Preparation of the additional technical contract conditions for the scope of work, with quality descriptions, materials, requirements for the façade constructions.
• Assistance with the awarding
• Check the plans of the executing company (façade) 
• Advising the client and property planner on cleaning concepts

In addition to this, we also provide technical supervision during installation on site, with defect detection during installation, and support for architects during the final approval.
